Research interests.

Statistical analysis of climate:
- cyclone and hurricane risk;
- calibration of extreme events in climate models;
- statistical modelling of extreme meteo-climatic events, prediction, uncertainty.
Dynamical Systems (theory & applications):
- dynamical systems approach to atmospheric phenomena: general atmospheric circulation, low-frequency atmospheric variability;
- codimension two bifurcations, resonances, homoclinic and heteroclinic phenomena;
- algorithms for invariant tori and their bifurcations.
