The conference will be devoted to Zeta-functions, with special emphasis on the following sub-topics:

Structure enumeration.
- Rationality and N-rationality of the associated functions.
- Average enumeration. Densities.
Dirichlet series and convolution product.
- Dirichlet principle according to Diamond.
- Special values.
L2 and pseudo-periodical properties.
- Large values of Dirichlet polynomials.
- Pseudo-periodicity of the remainder terms.
- Oscillations of remainder terms. Omega results.
