The meeting is to be hosted by the physics department of the University of Exeter, UK.
The department is home to the EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training in Metamaterials which will be training approximately 60 PhD students in the area of metamaterials over an eight year period.
The meeting will be held in the upper lounge of Reed Hall which is a stunning grade II listed building. It is close to the physics building on the Stretham campus.
The building can be found as number 14 on the University campus map
The University is served by two railway stations: Exeter St David's and Exeter Central. Exeter St David's is approximately 15 minutes walk (uphill) from the Physics building. Taxis are available from the main entrance of the station. Exeter Central is 20 minutes walk (uphill) from the campus. Taxis can be arranged through Apple Taxis (01392 666666). Both journeys should cost around £5-7.
